Students in Gandaria Encouraged to Use JakWiFi as Needed

It is very helpful for families, because they do not need to pay extra

South Jakarta Vice Mayor Isnawa Adji, encouraged students in RT 06/01, Gandaria Utara, Kebayoran Baru to access free WiFi program, dubbed JakWiFi as well as possible.

"Amid the pandemic, they really need an internet network to undergo Distance Learning (PJJ)," he expressed, when he monitored JakWiFi program at the location, Friday (11/20).

According to him, the city administration's effort to support them in accessing the free internet network was very appropriate. So far, 759 JakWIFI points had been available in South Jakarta.

"It is very helpful for families, because they do not need to pay extra. That's why I ask students to use it as needed," he stressed.

At the same time, Kelvila Angel (10), a student of SDN Pulo 05 Pagi, admitted she was routinely using it at the Secretariat Office, RW 02 every day to do schoolwork.

"This free internet really helps lighten the burden on my parents. They no longer need to buy internet quota for my learning needs," she told.
